Noteworthy, an industry-leading advisory to the Microsoft partner community specialising in partner enablement, has announced the launch of the Noteworthy Partner Community — a new programme designed to support Microsoft partners who are currently not directly managed by Microsoft. This new community aims to bridge the engagement gap and provide structured, scalable support to help partners succeed.
“At Microsoft, we're committed to empowering our partners with the tools and resources they need to succeed. Our collaboration with the Noteworthy Partner Community plays a vital role in extending support to partners who may not have direct engagement with us. By providing structured guidance and insights, this programme enables partners to navigate our ecosystem more effectively and unlock new growth opportunities.” Nick Hedderman, Channel Lead for Microsoft UK.
The programme is built in collaboration with Microsoft’s UK partner team and offers different levels of support to suit partners at different stages of their Microsoft journey. Members will receive tailored guidance to help them understand and leverage opportunities across the Microsoft ecosystem.

“Our vision for the Noteworthy Partner Community is simple: to ensure every partner, regardless of size or resourcing, has access to the knowledge and support they need to thrive,” said Sian Herrington, CEO of Noteworthy. “We’re proud to be working alongside Microsoft to bring this vision to life and to make it easier for partners to access the opportunities available to them.”
The Microsoft ecosystem offers a wealth of resources and programmes designed to support partner growth, from technical skilling and go-to-market benefits to incentive schemes like Microsoft Commerce Incentives (MCI), which can have a direct impact on revenue and recognition. However, navigating these opportunities can be complex, particularly for partners without dedicated internal resources. The Noteworthy Partner Community helps demystify these programmes, giving partners the clarity and confidence to engage effectively. Ultimately, this support strengthens the wider ecosystem, enabling both Microsoft and its partners to deliver greater value to end customers. For example, by helping a partner to align their offerings with Microsoft’s Copilot value proposition, Noteworthy can empower that partner to have more strategic conversations with customers. This leads to more impactful AI adoption — not just selling licenses, but helping end users solve real problems, improve productivity, and unlock new ways of working with Microsoft technology.
“We know that many partners have the ambition and capability to drive real impact with Microsoft technologies, but the path to unlocking those opportunities isn’t always clear. Initiatives like the Noteworthy Partner Community play a valuable role in helping partners move from potential to performance — accelerating readiness, improving confidence in key programmes and ultimately enabling partners to deliver more value to their customers.” Gemma Sharp, Director of Partner Development at Microsoft UK.
This initiative reflects a shared commitment between Noteworthy and Microsoft to expand partner enablement and scale support across the UK channel, particularly among high-potential partners who may otherwise not currently be directly supported by Microsoft.
